- Wrong Size: If your item doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find the right size.
- Condition for Exchange : Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If an item has been worn, it is not eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale: After 7 days from delivery, the item is considered final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be available. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
- Case-by-case adjustments: We review each request individually. Depending on the situation, customers may be eligible for store credit for the amount spent or a partial refund.
- Special Sale Returns: Orders placed during promotional events (including Black Friday and giveaways) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges are permitted only within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees and any price differences for exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility.
