Which clothing size should I get?
Our items have our signature “snatched” fit. Therefore, we recommend you look at the product page of the item you're interested in for specific sizing information.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

How do I take care of my items?
Treat your clothes like you would a hot date! With Care.

Washing by Hand:

Use Cold Water Only: Ensure the water is cold, as hot water may cause colors to bleed.
Soak for a Short Time: Submerge the garment in water for less than 2 minutes. If there are specific areas that need extra attention (like stains or odors), you can soak for up to 5 minutes, but no longer.
Targeted Washing: Focus on cleaning specific areas if needed.
Wash Immediately: After soaking, wash the garment immediately using a gentle rubbing motion.
Air Dry: After washing, allow the garment to air dry naturally.
Avoid Over-Soaking: Do not leave the garment soaking for an extended period to prevent damage.

Washing with Machine:

Use Cold Water: Set the washing machine to a cold water cycle to prevent color bleeding and fabric damage.
Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before placing it in the machine. This helps to preserve any graphics or delicate surfaces.
Gentle Cycle: Select a gentle cycle setting on your washing machine.
Air Dry: Avoid using the dryer. Instead, air dry the garment to maintain its quality.

Additional Notes:

Color Bleeding: Washing in hot water can cause colors to bleed, so always use cold water.
Garment Longevity: Using a washing machine can shorten the lifespan of the garment's quality. Hand washing is gentler and can help preserve it longer.
Graphic Preservation: Turning the garment inside out before washing helps protect any printed graphics or delicate details.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped through the United Postal Office, UPS, and Royal Mail. Your order gets shipped out from Columbus, Ohio.

What are the shipping costs?

The cost of shipping varies but expect a range of $5-$7 using the United Postal office. To Canada and the UK, it is $20 - 25. Within Nigeria 2-5k

How do I check the status of my order?
Check your tracking number, if the tracking number has not been sent please email us please keep in mind that unfortunately, we are not Amazon, so your package will take about 5-7 working days.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy? ‍

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's a breakdown of our policy:

Incorrect Size: If the item does not fit, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
Unworn and Original Condition: Exchanged items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Final Sale: Items after 30 days of purchase are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before buying.

How can I return my order?

While we strive for speedy deliveries, We're a growing team and sometimes things can take a little longer than expected. In the meantime, Here's what you can do:

Check the Tracking: If you’ve got a tracking number, you can use it to check the status of your delivery.
