Meji Alabi// Meji SQ

Spotted in our ‘Na you cause am’ tee, it is safe to say, Meji Alabi is responsible for a lot of the cool visuals you see on your screens. Starting out by filming with friends in the UK, he went on to shoot his first big music video of Seyi Shay’s “Murda”. Ever since then, he’s been the creative force behind some of the elite visuals on our screens.

Through his co-founded production company JM Films, he has directed and filmed commercials, movies and music videos for favorite brands and artistes such as Guinness, Havana, Martell, Beyoncé, Burnaboy, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Asa and many more. 

Just like Meji Meji, Mr Meji Alabi is a believer in giving back to whoever is ready to receive. This is why he has set up 365 Hustle Foundation - a movement created for people who are interested in film/directing. They are able to gain access to real talk podcasts, workshops and opportunities to be on set to learn from the man behind the lens. 

And when Meji isn’t directing crazy video transitions, he’s being the coolest dad to his beautiful kids. 

With several projects coming out, Meji Alabi is definitely a man to watch closely within the creative space. Don’t blink, you might miss something!
